The company’s name was changed to Lentorata Oy in March 2024. The company was founded in 2020 and originally operated under the name Finnish Rail Ltd.
The company’s task is to design the Airport Line from Pasila via Helsinki Airport to Kerava until it is ready for construction.
In addition to the State of Finland, the shareholders of Airport Line Ltd. are the cities of Helsinki, Vantaa and Lahti.
